Reservations for only 1 night are subject to a short stay surcharge of 12 - 20 EUR per night.

• from 28 - 14 days before arrival 70% of the total amount
• from 14 nights before arrival 90% of the total amount
• no-show and / or early departure 100% of the total amount

For GROUP RESERVATIONS ( 5 rooms or more ) the following policies apply:

• up to 8 weeks before arrival free of charge
• 8 - 4 weeks before arrival 50% of the total amount
• from 4 weeks to 7 days 70% of the total amount
• from 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount
• no-show and / or early departure: 100%

PAYMENT group reservation: 50% of the total amount 8 weeks before arrival

CHRISTMAS & SILVESTER 24.12. -02.01. the following regulations apply:

• 100 % of the total amount directly after booking.
