Reservations for only 1 night are subject to a short stay surcharge of 12 - 20 EUR per night.

Cancellation:

• up to 4 weeks before arrival free of charge
• from 28 days before arrival 50% of the total amount
• from 7 nights before arrival 90% of the total amount
• no-show and / or early departure 100% of the total amount

PAYMENT: 50% of the total amount 28 days before arrival | credit card or bank transfer

For GROUP RESERVATIONS ( 5 rooms or more ) the following policies apply:

• up to 8 weeks before arrival free of charge
• 8 - 4 weeks before arrival 50% of the total amount
• from 4 weeks to 7 days 70% of the total amount
• from 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount
• no-show and / or early departure: 100%

PAYMENT group reservation: 50% of the total amount 8 weeks before arrival

CHRISTMAS & SILVESTER 24.12.2023 -02.01.2024 the following regulations apply:

• 100 % of the total amount directly after booking.

Zell am See - Kaprun summer tickets: prices are subject to change. Increases by the TVB are possible at short notice and will be passed on to the guests accordingly.
